jillino1 Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jillino1 platform at jillino1.pro. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jillino1 — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or use any feature of the platform — you enter into a binding agreement with jillino1 under these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including registered members and visitors who access the site without an account.

By registering, you warrant that all eligibility conditions are met. jillino1 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible users will be closed and any balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation, Security, and Obligations
Each player may hold only one registered account on jillino1. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep your account details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. jillino1 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
You must notify jillino1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Do not share your password with any third party. jillino1 staff will never ask for your full password.
4. Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
When using jillino1, you agree to abide by the following rules:
- You will use the platform for personal entertainment only, not for any commercial purpose or on behalf of another person.
- You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- You will not engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in collusion with other players.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform or its associated infrastructure.
- You accept that all wagers are final once confirmed and that results generated by the platform's game systems are binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
jillino1 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to take corrective action — including account suspension, cancellation of bets, or withholding of funds — pending investigation outcomes. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Accounts
All jillino1 accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP through the payment channels listed in the cashier section of your account. jillino1 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to verification procedures, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where account verification has not been completed.
jillino1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. Funds deposited must be used for wagering; deposits that are withdrawn without sufficient gaming activity may be subject to a processing fee as disclosed in the cashier section. Winnings are paid based on the odds and rules applicable at the time the wager was placed.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jillino1 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. jillino1 shall not be liable for losses caused by platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
jillino1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of potential winnings due to technical failures. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these terms and applicable intellectual property law.
The platform may contain links to third-party resources for informational purposes. jillino1 does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
jillino1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, failure to complete identity verification, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed violations, forfeiture of account balances may apply as permitted by applicable regulations.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Outstanding balances at the time of voluntary closure will be processed through your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of verification requirements and any minimum withdrawal thresholds.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of jillino1 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Philippine courts.
